A system where users can create, sign, and view will documents and more, to produce a comprehensive body of evidence that supports the final will's validity and authenticity so it can be recognized by court with more certainty.
Many people do not have a valid last will and testament, which may lead to family-shattering disputes and devastating results. We discuss a novel solution involving decentralized ledger technology and cryptography, which aims to make the will creation process less overwhelming and more accessible to all, while better proving authenticity and validity of the document.
Not having a will is extremely problematic, and current will creation processes offer low assurance to the testator that their will will be recognized by court and executed. Therefore, a solution is needed to offer the testator a better guarantee that the correct version of their will will be recognized by court as valid and authentic.
Testators, witnesses, and executors interact with an app to create, sign, and view wills, Will Logs, Will Receipt Logs, and more, while lawyers interact with a Distributed Ledger. The architecture is immutable and tamper-proof, so the final will version can be easily discerned.

The fertility industry has witnessed significant growth in recent years, offering reproductive options to diverse demographics. However, the industry faces significant ethical, regulatory and privacy challenges. In particular, the issue of serial sperm donors who father numerous children has emerged as a critical concern due to the absence of a cross-checking mechanism.
Repro-Trust is a permissioned blockchain solution designed to rebuild the trust on the fertility industry by facilitating confidential and anonymous information exchange among service providers.
Repro-Trust facilitates secure information exchange among service providers, allowing them to track the total number of donations made by a donor while preserving privacy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and eliminating the risks associated with serial sperm donors. The system employs a unique two-level encrypted donor identifier system, a robust checking mechanism, and a stringent onboarding verification process for service providers.
Furthermore, Repro-Trust adopts a sustainable and scalable business model by collecting affordable fees for each donation checking transaction. The fee is distributed via smart contracts, incentivizing participation from service providers and ring signature verifiers.
The implementation of Repro-Trust aims to set a new standard in the fertility industry β to enhance the security, reliability, ethicality, and transparency of the sperm donation process β thereby fostering trust among all stakeholders.

A secure, decentralized ecosystem empowering patients with control over their health data while enabling seamless, privacy-preserving data sharing across healthcare providers, researchers, and pharmaceutical companies to enhance treatment and innovation
Missing medical records can lead to misdiagnoses, incorrect treatments, and delayed research, putting patient health at risk and increasing costs and inefficiencies in the healthcare system due to disjointed, fragmented data-sharing processes. Addressing these issues by implementing interoperable systems, enabling real-time updates, and empowering patients to control their records can enhance safety, reduce unnecessary tests, support research, and improve overall health outcomes while maintaining privacy.
Our Patient Bio project uses blockchain technology to decentralize medical data, enhancing patient ownership, confidentiality, and transparency, while enabling secure data transfers through a permissioned ledger, smart contracts, and scalable technologies like Web3Auth, Biconomy, and OpenZeppelin. By offering encrypted storage, automated data-sharing agreements, and patient control over access, it promotes trust, reduces the risk of breaches, supports real-time data sharing, and aligns with SDG goals for health, innovation, and justice, providing patients with opportunities to monetize their data safely.

Award of Merit in the 7th International Blockchain Olympiad (IBCOL 2024)
EcoFare is a bike rental app that crowdsources bikes so users can enact P2P transactions in an abstracted blockchain platform. The larger scale motive for creating this app is to promote non-motorized transportation to developed countries that have high GHG emissions due to motorized transportation and a substantial demand increase for bike rental apps.
Motorized transportation is a significant contributor to GHG emissions in developed countries. However, current bike rental apps fail to address currency exchange issues, offer inadequate incentives, or provide reliable, user-based systems.
ποΈ IBCOL ππ° 24HK-05 Proof-of-Workout Protocol
Award of Merit in the 7th International Blockchain Olympiad (IBCOL 2024)
The Proof of Workout Protocol (POWP) is a decentralized fitness application built on Ethereum, incentivizing physical activity through gamified fitness challenges and token-based rewards.
Modern lifestyles encourage sedentary behavior and traditional fitness programs often fail due to a lack of immediate rewards and community support, leading to the lack of physical exercise by many.
While digital fitness solutions like apps and wearables exist, they typically lack substantial incentives to sustain long-term engagement, which blockchain technology can address through decentralized management and financial rewards.
By leveraging Ethereum smart contracts and integrating with the Strava API, POWP offers a secure, transparent system that motivates users to stay active by providing token-based rewards for completing verified fitness challenges.
POWP involves users staking ETH to participate in fitness quests. Successful completions earn rewards such as POW tokens, staked ETH, and NFTs, while failed attempts lead to the redistribution of staked ETH among participants.
